Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at YAVALABSES.
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
To use this right, tell us your decision before that period ends. You can email us at info@yavalabs.es or use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy (using the form is optional).
2. How to Return the Product
Once we receive your request, we will send you the return instructions. You must send the product back within 14 calendar days of telling us you are withdrawing, to the following address:

The customer pays the direct cost of the return shipping, unless the product arrived damaged or is the wrong item.
3. Non-Returnable Products
For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of sealed supplements that have been unsealed or opened after delivery. To be returned, the product must be unopened, with the original seal intact and in its original packaging.
4. Refunds
We will refund all payments we received from you, including the original delivery costs, without undue delay. The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days from the date you tell us you are withdrawing. If you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery, we will not refund the extra cost of that choice.
We may hold back the refund until we have received the product or until you have sent us proof that you returned it, whichever happens first.
We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no cost to you.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, please tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the package and the product to info@yavalabs.es so that we can file a claim with the carrier. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of returning the item.
6. Legal Guarantee
All our products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery, in line with Spanish consumer law. This policy does not limit your legal rights as a consumer.
