Spain: free on orders of €50 or more, otherwise €4.95.

We process orders Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (Spain time) are processed the next business day.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days within Spain and 5–10 business days to other EU countries. Deliveries to the islands and remote areas can take a little longer.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Yes. All prices are in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT.

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return. For health and hygiene reasons, products must be unopened, with the original seal intact and in their original packaging. Products bought on sale or through promotions cannot be returned.

To start a return, email info@yavalabs.es with your order number and the reason.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, we cover it.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we refund you to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the parcel and the product. We'll send you a replacement or give you a full refund at no extra cost.
