Each sachet contains one capsule of each: vitamins & minerals, coenzyme Q10, omega 3, magnesium & vitamin C, and vitamin C. Recommended use: take the content of 1 pack daily with a glass of water.
Ingredients: Vitamin and mineral capsule ingredients: magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, L-ascorbic acid, (capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour: calcium carbonate), potassium chloride, zinc gluconate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate 50%, nicotinamide, thiamin mononitrate, cyanocobalamin 0,1%, maltodextrin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, ferrous fumarate, manganese sulfate, retinyl acetate, sodium selenate 1% Se, calcium D-pantothenate, cholecalciferol, cupric sulfate, chromium (III) chloride 1%, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, potassium iodide 1%, D-biotin.
Omega-3 capsule ingredients: FISH oil 1000 mg (eicosapentaenoic acid EPA 180 mg, docosahexaenoic acid DHA 120 mg), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopherol), shell: gelatine, glycerine, purified water.
Vitamin C capsule ingredients: L-ascorbic acid, (capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour: calcium carbonate), acerola fruit extract (Malpighia glabra L.), maltodextrin.
Magnesium & vitamin C capsule ingredients: magnesium oxide, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium salts of citric acid, L-ascorbic acid.
Coenzyme Q10 softgel ingredients: bulking agents (SOY bean oil, SOY bean lecithin), capsule (gelatin), coenzyme Q10, humectant (glycerol), purified water, antioxidant (tocopherols).
