Should I take it before or after training?
Either works. Mix 1 scoop with 200 ml of water and drink it straight after mixing, pre- or post-workout.
How many servings are in a tub?

How is it different from Creatine Pure?
This version adds taurine, flavour and sucralose. Creatine Pure 300 g is pure creatine monohydrate, with 5000 mg per 5 g scoop.
