Questions about ISO PREMIUM ISOLATE 2KG
How do I take it?
Mix 30 g (1 scoop) with 200 ml of water or milk and shake or blend until dissolved. Take a maximum of 3 shakes a day, one of them straight after training.
What else is in the formula?
Besides whey protein isolate, it contains HMB, Lactospore® (Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856) and Watts’Up® sweet orange extract.
