When should I drink BCAA + L-Glutamine?
Mix 1 level scoop (10 g) with 200 ml of water and drink it right away, before, during or after training. A 300 g tub gives you 30 servings.
How much BCAA and glutamine does each scoop give?
Each 10 g scoop provides 4 g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio plus 1.8 g of L-glutamine.
Can I combine it with other Yava Labs products?
Yes. Sip it during your session, then have Elite Whey Protein or Pure Iso Whey afterwards; it also stacks well with Creatine Pure 300 g.
