No. The formula is caffeine-free and built on citrulline malate, beta-alanine, L-arginine, cayenne pepper extract and vitamin B6, so it suits late sessions too.
How long does one tub last?
The tub holds 60 servings of 5 g (½ scoop). At the recommended 2 servings a day, it lasts 30 days.
Can I combine it with other Yava Labs products?
