At Yava Labs we process and ship all orders on business days through leading carriers (DHL Express, Correos Express and certified operators).
🔄 Returns and Refunds Policy
- Legal withdrawal period: You have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return.
- Product condition: For food safety and hygiene reasons, supplements and products must be unopened, with the original seal intact, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

How do I request a return?
- Email pedidos@yavalabs.es or info@yavalabs.es with your order number and the reason.
- Our team will give you a return authorisation number.
- Pack the product securely and send it to our returns address:

- Return costs: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or the error is Yava Labs' fault.
- Refund time: We refund you to the original payment method without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days of the date you tell us you are withdrawing. We may hold the refund until we have received the product or proof that you have sent it back.
📦 Problems or Products Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives with visible damage caused in transit, you have 48 hours from delivery to contact us at pedidos@yavalabs.es with photos of the parcel and the product. We'll arrange an immediate replacement at no cost.
