Take two capsules once a day with plenty of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children. Consult a physician if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical supervision. Not suitable for individuals with allergies to any listed ingredients. This product may contain traces of milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans, and fish.

Store in a tightly closed, original container, at room temperature, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. Always refer to the bottom of the package for the best before end date and LOT number.
